In the present writ petition, petitioner, who is resident of the area, is aggrieved of the illegal encroachments made by respondent No.3Shamsher Singh. For this purpose, petitioner has already made representation dated 11.09.2018 (Annexure P3), but respondents No.1 & 2 are not taking any action thereon.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Bhavna Gupta, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to her during the course of the day. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 11.09.2018 (Annexure P3) and take required action thereof, if any, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
