The writ petition has been filed by M/s Dhillon Stone Crusher, Village Mandewala, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana through its partner Vikram. It is prayed that orders dated 24.01.2013, 05.04.2013 & 09.01.2014 (Annexures P-13 to P-15); besides, order of refusal of consent to operate dated 15.03.2012 (Annexure P-10), be quashed as the same are without jurisdiction as also illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice.

Vikram Singh son of Kashmira Singh through whom the present petition has been filed, is present. He submits that the Government of Haryana has issued notification dated 23.06.2016 regarding modalities/guidelines for implementation of notification dated 11.05.2016 for the stone crushers.
