(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of prohibition seeking restraint on respondent No.5 from demolishing/interfering with the peaceful possession of the house of the petitioner bearing No.150-P Block, Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Nagar Badkal, Faridabad and also a writ in the nature of mandamus claiming damages in respect of the boundary wall of the house of the petitioner, which had been demolished by respondent No.5.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed and comprehensive representation, in respect of the claim as raised in the present writ petition, before the concerned authority.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies available to her in accordance with law.
