**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The prayer made in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is direction to respondent No.7 to issue No Objection Certificate/CLU for setting up of Petrol Pump to the petitioner. 2.

A perusal of the writ petition shows that no notice of demand had been issued by the petitioner to respondent No.7. 3.

Faced with this situation and after arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority by filing a detailed and comprehensive representation. However, a prayer was made that a time bound direction be issued to the respondents to decide the same expeditiously.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It is, however, observed that in case such a representation is filed by the petitioner before the concerned authority with a period of one month from today, the same shall be decided by him/her within a period of next two months by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, in accordance with law.
