Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to submit final/status report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No. 113 dated 08.12.2017, registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Division No.4, District Patiala as respondents No. 5 & 6 are influential persons and they are threatening the petitioner/complainant to withdraw the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner made representation dated 20.03.2019 (Annexure P6) to the higher police authorities, but despite that, no action has been taken thereon till date.
