This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to take appropriate legal action against respondent Nos.4 to 17 regarding the grievances raised in the representations dated 20.07.2020 and 10.09.2020 (Annexures P-2 and P-3).
Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 for taking a decision on the representations dated 20.07.2020 and 10.09.2020 (Annexures P-2 and P-3). Learned counsel for the petitioners has further relied upon the orders passed by this Court in CRM-M No.27175 of 2020 decided on 10.09.2020; CRM-M No.30515 of 2020 decided on 30.09.2020 and CRM-M No.36983 of 2020 decided on 10.11.2020 to contend that against the same company i.e. M/s Kim Infrastructure and Developers Ltd., the said petitions were filed, wherein the said company and its Directors were arrayed as respondents.

Service upon remaining respondents is dispensed with at this stage, since the matter is not being decided on merits. Learned counsel for the State is not in a position to deny that in similar cases [CRM-M No.27175 of 2020; CRM-M No.30515 of 2020 and CRM-M No.36983 of 2020] orders have been passed by this Court directing the Senior Superintendent of Police, Nawanshahr (S.B.S. Nagar) to look into the grievances of the petitioners therein as contained in the representations submitted by them.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2, Senior Superintendent of Police, Nawanshahr (S.B.S. Nagar), to look into the grievances of the petitioners as contained in the representations dated 20.07.2020 and 10.09.2020 (Annexures P-2 and P3), in accordance with law.
