This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.305 dated 26.09.2020 under Sections 363, 366-A, 380, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 376, 457 IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 added later on) registered at Police Station Basti Bawa Khel, District Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that the present petitioners have absolutely no role to play and, in fact, none has been attributed to the petitioners in the present FIR. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Chand, has stated that the matter is still at investigation stage and all the petitioners herein have been granted the concession of anticipatory bail.
