Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that meanwhile, partition application No.139/3T dated 30.05.2006 has been decided but another partition application viz. 140/3T dated 30.05.2006 is still pending. 3.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 4 only. 4.

Ms. Samina Dhir, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State. Four copies of the complete paper book be supplied to her during the course of the day.

Considering the nature of the order being passed, filing of written statement is not necessary.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to decide the partition application No.140/3T dated 30.05.2006 at the earliest but not later than three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
