1. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and also learned State counsel, upon whom an advance notice had already been served, this Court finds that no directions as prayed for are required to be issued as challan already stands presented against 7 accused out of the 10 accused. It has also been informed by learned State counsel that out of the 3 remaining accused, 2 accused are residing abroad and that a supplementary challan is being prepared qua 3rd accused.

2. In view of the aforestated position, the State is directed to take necessary steps for securing the presence of accused, who are stated to be abroad.
