(Oral) The relief claimed in the present writ petition filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for quashing of the demolition notice dated 05.03.2015 (Annexure P-1 colly) issued by respondent No.4. According to the aforesaid notice, the petitioners have been ordered to remove the alleged encroachment within 7 days. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Civil Court by filing a Civil Suit. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies available to them in accordance with law.
