(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing the First Information Report No.40, dated 31.03.2017 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 324/34 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Jalalabad and under Section 326 IPC added later on and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom and further for quashing of impugned order dated 14.03.2022 (Annexure P-3) passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jalalabad.

On 31.01.2023, no one had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. Accordingly, it was directed that counsel for the petitioners be notified of the date fixed i.e. today.
