**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioner before this Court that his head quarter during suspension be affixed near to Bahadurgarh being physically challenged. The petitioner is 70% physically disabled as per certificate dated 24.05.2017 (Annexure P-7).

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the petition to the learned State counsel by today itself.

In view of the above factual position, this petition, at this stage is being disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by giving a direction to respondent No. 2 to consider the case of the petitioner to affix his head quarter during suspension near to Bahadurgarh, keeping in view his disability.
