(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner that he was declined the promotion of Private Secretary despite the certificates issued by Under Secretary HR-1 and DFP/Vigilance to the Managing Director regarding no charge sheet, no show cause notice, no internal complaint and no inquiry is pending against him. The petitioner retired on 31.08.2015. The petitioner has submitted representations dated 11.05.2015 and 17.06.2015 (Annexure P-6 and P-12) in this regard, but no decision has been taken thereon.
