Learned counsel for the State, while referring to averments taken in para 3 of the reply filed today in the court submits that since the impugned letter dated 28.3.2014 (Annexure P-6) has been withdrawn, vide letter dated 14.1.2015 (Annexure R-3/3), no cause of action survives in the present writ petition and the same may be disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
