On 25.10.2021 the case was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. On 12.01.2022, yet again, the case was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. Today again a request has been made for an adjournment.

Though there is no ground for adjourning the case any further, however, in the interest of justice one last opportunity is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to address arguments.
