A perusal of the paper-book would show that in para 2 it has been stated that the petitioners are the owner of the land in question and a reference has been made to sale deed (Annexure P-1). A perusal of the said sale deed would show that it is the mother of the petitioners who was the owner of the property and in paragraph 3 of the writ petition, it has been stated that the petitioner's mother had taken compensation with respect to the said land. Further perusal of the paper-book would show that vide order dated 06.04.2015, the mother of the petitioners along with one Ram Rattan had filed CWP-117 of 2015 in which an order had been passed to the effect that in case a representation is filed by the petitioners therein within a period of two months from the passing of the said order, NARESH KUMAR 2026.07.02 10:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document/judgement

Nothing has been stated in the present writ petition as to what transpired in pursuance of the above-said order. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition after giving full and better particulars. 4.
Dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. 5.
