Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, A.A.G. Haryana **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to treat the petitioners eligible for the post of TGT Sanskrit, pursuant to advertisement dated 30.12.2016 (P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioners has already withdrawn petition qua petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 and the petition survives qua petitioner No. 1 only now.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Vinay Kumar, Assistant, HPSC, Panchkula states that HTET has been conducted in November, 2017 and the persons who appeared in that exam has been treated to be eligible for the above post In view of the above factual position, the present petition stands dispose of and petitioner No. 1 if cleared the HTET test will be treated eligible for the above post.
