This is an application for withdrawal of the revision petition on the ground that the dispute, which was between the husband and wife, since stands resolved and the parties have entered into a compromise. A decree of divorce by mutual consent under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has since been passed which has been appended with the application as Annexure A-2.

Advance copy of the application was supplied to the learned counsel for the non-applicant/respondents. However, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the non-applicant/respondents today despite the matter being called twice since morning.
