(Oral) This order shall dispose of CWP Nos. 25761, 27906, 27909, 27910, 27912, 27913, 27914, 27916, 27917, 27918, 27919, 27920 & 27921 of 2018, as according to learned counsel for the petitioner(s), the issue involved therein is identical. However, the facts are being extracted from CWP No. 25761 of 2018. 2.

Petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of order dated 22.05.2018 (Annexure P-4) endorsed on 24.08.2018 passed by respondent No.3 as well as rectifying order dated 22.10.2013 (Annexure P-3), passed by respondent No.2 being mistake apparent from record as provided under Section 21-A of the Punjab General Sales Tax Act, 1948. 3.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) states that against the aforesaid impugned orders, the statutory appeal has been filed. Accordingly, a prayer was made that she may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition(s) with liberty to the petitioner(s) to pursue the appeal(s) before the appellate authority, in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner(s) to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
