(ORAL) Challenge in the writ petition is to quash rationalization list dated 08.08.2019 (Annexure P-4) issued by Director General, School Education, Haryana, Panchkula to all DEOs, DEEOs, BEOs, Principals, Head Masters, Incharges on the subject of distribution of posts of PGTs in Govt. Sr. Secondary/High Schools as per student strength as on 31.07.2019.
Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that in Government Secondary School, Ballabhgarh, there were two posts of Chemistry Lecturer (PGT) but as per strength of students, it has been sought to be reduced whereas number of students as per intimation given by Principal to Director Secondary Education, Panchkula, students in 9th, 11th and 12th are 90 and more and it is not humanly possible that one teacher would be able to impart education to 108 students. Petitioner, as per averments made in writ petition, submitted online application in this regard vide ticket No.015708-7B259 through 'Sugam Portal' maintained by respondents for looking into grievances of employees. Though impression of this Court is that case of petitioner is premature as only five days have passed when petitioner submitted online PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.08.
CWP No.21935 of 2019 (O&M) -2application but she has apprehension that department may take action without looking into her grievance.

Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice for respondents. Counsel for petitioner shall supply requisite number of copies of complete paper book to counsel appearing for respondents during course of day, if not supplied already.
Without going into merits and demerits of the case, I dispose of writ petition with direction to respondent No.2 to consider grievance of petitioner as expressed in online representation submitted on 16.08.2019 within a week or before Annexure P-4 is implemented in letter and spirit.
