The present petition has been filed for quashing of PO order dated 25.05.2023 passed by Ld. JMIC, Sirsa in complaint case No.NACT115-2022. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial Court and prays that his bail application be ordered to be decided in a time bound manner.

In view of the prayer made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court that in case the petitioner surrenders on or before 22.08.2023 and files an application for grant of bail, it be decided on the same day, in accordance with law.
