CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Prayer in writ petition is for issuance of mandamus directing respondents to remove anomaly in pay of petitioner by fixing her pay at par with her juniors in terms of judgments passed by this Court vide Annexure P-7 to P-9 and release her all consequential benefits. In this regard, legal notice dated 5.12.2017 (Annexure P12) but no action has been taken so far. It is strange that despite matter being covered by decision rendered by this Court, representations/legal notice submitted by affected persons are lying unattended.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct 2nd respondentDirector Elementary Education, Department of Education, Haryana to consider legal notice dated 5.12.2017 (Annexure P-12) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon after affording an opportunity of hearing to petitioner, failing which respondent No.2 PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.07.24 14:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.25773 of 2018 (O&M) -2shall be liable to pay costs of `50,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
