AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Since petitioner has availed remedy of civil suit seeking correction of class 8th certificate in which her date of birth was mentioned as 01.09.1983 instead of 12.06.1985. Relief of promotion as sought cannot be adjudicated until and unless suit is decided. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of Court for withdrawal of present writ petition, at this stage. Ordered accordingly.
