***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has impugned order dated, 24.02.2014, Annexure P-3. She has inter alia contended that the order is totally non-speaking in nature. It does not specify about the nature of appointment of the petitioner and whether any enquiry was necessary before dispensing with his services. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that a fresh order shall be passed within two months after considering all these issues.
