Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, seeking regular bail in case Fir No. 30 dated 30.04.2025, under Sections 21(c), 25, 27, 29 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Rampura, District Bathinda Punjab.

In the present case, there is an alleged recovery of 2,500 intoxicating tablets containing the salt Tramadol Hydrochloride from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 30.04.2025. Considering the nature and quantity of the contraband allegedly recovered and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court does not find any ground to extend the concession of regular bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed.
