**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The petitioner was appointed on the post of Clerk under the outsourcing policy on contract basis vide order dated 11.03.2017 w.e.f 14.03.2017. There is no complaint pending against the petitioner. The petitioner was relieved from service on 03.10.2018 on joining of regular appointee.

The grievance of the petitioners before this Court is that office of the Principal, Government College for Women, Shahzadpur has written a letter dated 05.10.2018 to the Director General of Higher Education, Haryana Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula regarding request of the post of Clerk on outsourcing basis. In this regard, the petitioner has also given a request dated 03.10.2018 that since there is a sanctioned post of Clerk in the Government College for Women, Shahzadpur, Ambala, he may be adjusted in any nearby college. The letter dated 05.10.2018 and request letter dated 03.10.2018 are taken on record as Annexure A-1 and A-2.

C.W.P No. 25808 of 2018 Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the request dated 03.10.2018 (A-2) of the petitioner and pass appropriate order, in accordance with rules.
