The petitioner seeks issuance of directions to the respondents to decide the matter regarding premature release of the petitioner, which is pending with the authorities concerned.

Learned State counsel has informed that he has today received a copy of order dated 27.3.2023 vide which the case of the petitioner for his premature release has been declined by the State Authorities. A copy of the said order has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner, who has requested that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file afresh so as to challenge the order dated 27.3.2023. 3.

In view of the aforesaid request, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
