**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J.(ORAL) The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking directions to respondent No. 2 to ensure protection of the life, liberty, and property of the petitioner in view of the imminent threat allegedly posed by the private respondents, and for issuance of appropriate directions to provide necessary police protection, along with any other relief deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

Prayer is accepted.
