The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that though the amount of refund due to the petitioner under the Punjab Value Added Tax Act, 2005, which was already paid, however, statutory interest on account of delayed refund of the amount has not been paid. Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of order dated 06.09.2018 passed by this Court in CWP No.18314 of 2018 titled as "M/s Sukhdev & Company V/s State of Punjab and others".

Ordered accordingly.
