***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks regular parole for agriculture purpose. He has placed reliance upon judgments passed by this court in a case titled as 'Surjeet Singh versus State of Haryana and others, (CRWP-388-2017 decided on 30.11.2017) and 'Ashok Kumar versus State of Haryana and others, (CRWP-57-2012 decided on 02.03.2012). Reply by way of affidavit of Deepak Sharma, Superintendent, Prison, District Faridabad, has been filed in court today. Same is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that decision on the pending application of the petitioner shall be taken after considering the judgments in the cases of Surjeet Singh (Supra) and Ashok Kumar (Supra) at the earliest in any case not later than ten days.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
