Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of case FIR No. 4 dated 07.05.2013 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC at Police Station NRI, District Ludhiana and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on merits.

The present petition is of the year 2021. The order sheets reveal that none had appeared on behalf of the petitioners on 23.05.2022 and 07.11.2022. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners today as well.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Avtar Singh has further informed the Court that both the petitioners have been declared Proclaimed Offenders vide order dated 20.03.2014 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ludhiana.

In view of the facts as noted above, the present petition stands dismissed.
