SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 482 of BNSS 2023 for issuing directions to the Arresting Officer to release the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in case FIR No.105 dated 14.05.2025 under Sections 61/1/14 of Punjab Excise Act registered at P.S Lehra, District Sangrur. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition stating that the petitioner has since been arrested. Dismissed as not pressed.
