G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Admittedly, the impugned order is an administrative order whereby, the petitioner, who is an Assistant, has been divested of the charge of the District Transport Officer. There is no legal right of the petitioner for which the extra ordinary jurisdiction of this Court can be invoked. Resultantly, there is no merit in the present writ petition and the same is dismissed.
