(Oral) The petitioners while claiming themselves to be bonafide purchasers of the land in dispute, have assailed the order dated 18.11.2014 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Assistant Collector 1st Grade, Samrala. The above-stated order is concededly appealable under the Statute. We thus, decline to entertain this writ petition and dismiss the same though with liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal and/or to avail any other alternative remedy. In case the appeal is filed within four weeks, the same shall be entertained on merits without any objection of limitation.
Ordered accordingly.
