***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Written statement on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 has been filed in court today. Same is taken on record. According to the State counsel, plea of the petitioner for parole has been rejected vide order, Annexure R-1.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that all the pleas raised by the petitioner has not been taken into consideration by the concerned authority.
A perusal of the order, Annexure R-1, shows that the same is cryptic and does not assign any cogent reason for rejecting the plea. Under the circumstances, aforesaid order is hereby set aside. Matter is remitted to the same authority for a decision afresh after considering the pleas raised in the recent petition. Needful be done within ten days. Allowed in these terms.
