Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.52 dated 13.04.2022, under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, (Section 207 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 was added later on), registered at Police Station, Sadar Ahmedgarh, District Malerkotla.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 4.
