(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that keeping in view the reply filed by the respondents wherein it has been mentioned that though the petitioner secured marks equivalent to the marks of last selected candidate, but as the last selected candidate is elder in age than the petitioner, he has been granted the benefit of appointment in question, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed, any further.
