Ms. Gaganpreet Kaur, AAG, Haryana puts in appearance and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents no.1 to 5. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that let this petition be disposed of only with a direction to respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Ambala to consider and decide the representation dated 10.08.2022 (Annexure P-6) alleged to have been submitted by the petitioner for taking action against respondents no.6 to 9. Accordingly, without commenting upon the merits of the claim of the petitioner and even the assertions set out in the petition, the present petition is disposed of only with a direction to respondent No.2 that if any such representation, as indicated above, is indeed pending consideration, it shall be dealt with expeditiously, in accordance with law by passing a speaking order, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and conveying the same to the petitioner.
