By way of present writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 25.05.2023, Annexure P-8, issued by respondent No.4, whereby, resolution dated 29.12.2021, Annexure P-5, passed by respondent No.5, has been declared invalid, under Rule 110 of the Haryana Co-operative Societies Rules, 1989 (for short "the Rules") and for quashing resolution dated 17.06.2023, Annexure P-9, passed by the Managing Committee of the said Society. For the reasons given in the application (CM-11816-CWP-2024), which is supported with an affidavit of petitioner No.1, counsel for the petitioners seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the alternate remedy available to the petitioner under the Rules. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4.

It will be open to the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the Appellate/Revisional Authority, seeking condonation of delay in filing of the appeal/revision, by pointing out the time spent in prosecuting the instant writ petition.
