(oral) The petitioner admits that in search of prayer of prosecution of the private respondents No.3 to 5 under Section 197 Cr.P.C. he was called for hearing and asked to grease palms of the authorities. He paid the amount and still no action has been taken. If the petitioner has participated willingly in an act of corruption he has disentitled himself from any equity based relief from this Court. Such a prayer would be against public policy of India made in the Court of law.

Dismissed.
