In the instant writ petition, petitioner raised grievance that his pension be re-fixed at par with his junior colleagues who also retired from Central Reserve Police Force and to release arrears of pension along with interest.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner got issued legal notice dated 22.07.2018 (Annexure P5), but still no decision has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Sunil Kumar Sharma, Senior Panel Counsel for Union of India accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to Mr. Sharma during the course of the day.
