NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.307 dated 15.03.2022 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 498-A, 467, 468 and 471 IPC registered at Police Station, Hisar Sadar District Hisar (Haryana) against the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition with liberty to take all pleas before the learned trial Court.
