This petition is filed for refund of the fee of `50,690/- alongwith interest, alleged to have been deposited by the petitioner on 10.08.2011.

The writ petition is filed in the year 2016 after a gap of 5 years and that too without assigning any reason for the delay. Thus, the present writ petition is not being entertained on the ground of delay and laches.
