The petitioner was transferred to Hisar vide order dated 22.07.2024, Annexure P-4, on apprehension of cancellation thereof, he submitted representation through email on 23.07.2024, Annexure P-3, enumerating that he having joined the place of posting, may be retained as he has only 9 months of service left before retiring on 30.04.2025, as also, is in the midst of making arrangements for the marriage of his daughter scheduled for 18.02.2025, following her recent engagement. 2.
Besides the aforesaid, averments have been made in para 4 of the writ petition about the father of the petitioner being 86 years of age, suffering from Coronary Artery Disease, requiring nursing assistance and regular checkups. His mother is suffering from the same, apart from Dementia and going through painful neuropathy. To substantiate the same, medical certificates have been appended as Annexures P-4 and P-4A. In wake of the aforesaid, he, on instructions, submits that the respondents be HAMANT 2024.07.31 12:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment directed to consider his representation in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer. 4.
In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 23.07.2024, within a period of 4 weeks, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner . Till such time, the order dated 26.07.2024 be not given effect to and for even 1 week thereafter.
