Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari to quash a preliminary enquiry report dated 08.10.2020(Annexure P4) and consequent charge-sheet dated 13.10.2020(Annexure P-5) and the proceedings initiated against her pursuant to the charge-sheet. 2.

In the impugned preliminary report, petitioner has been indicted of negligence in pursuing a monetary dispute pending before this Court which was ultimately dismissed for want of prosecution. Resultantly, respondentcorporation suffered losses to the tune of Rs.2,12,46,353/-. 3.

Admittedly, at this stage, only a preliminary enquiry report has been rendered. Basis thereof, enquiry officer is seized of the matter and final report, after the petitioner was charge-sheeted, is still awaited. 4.

In the premise, writ petition seems to have been filed rather prematurely. Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the pleas taken in this Court before the Enquiry Officer at an appropriate stage. Enquiry officer shall look into the same before rendering the final report. 5.

Disposed of with aforesaid observations.
