JASWANT SINGH, J. (ORAL) Petitioner was appointed as a Lecturer in Computer Science and Information Technology on 25.6.2001, with privately managed aided college - Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College, Sarhali, District Tarn Taran (respondent No.2).

The challenge is directed against the order dated 5.10.2018 (P11), whereby the petitioner has been dismissed from service on the ground of having submitted a fake Mark Sheet and provisional certificate of MCA obtained from Magadh University, Patna.
