Through the instant application, a prayer is made for grant of leave to withdraw the main case, on the ground that, on account of the supervening events, i.e. presentation of the Final Report before the learned trial Court concerned, the petitioner wants to approach the learned trial Court concerned by filing a regular bail application. 2.
