(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is for quashing of order dated 04.06.2019, (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Palwal in NACT No.63 dated 18.03.2015, vide which the application dated 23.03.2016, for producing the video recording dated 24.01.2015, regarding the conversation about the friendly loan between the respondent and petitioner and for permission to take sample of voice of the petitioner has been allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition as the same has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as withdrawn.
