. 5(/ )4 The petitioner seeks grant of the relief of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing the FIR No.111, dated 18.08.2021, registered under Section 420 IPC, at Police Station Division No.1, District Pathankot. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 14.10.2021, the petitioner has joined the investigation. The aforesaid fact is admitted by learned State counsel and she states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. 438(2) Cr.P.C. In view of the aforesaid factual position, the petition is allowed with the aforesaid conditions and interim order dated 14.10.2021 is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
