Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was eligible for appointment to the post of PGT as he was fulfilling the requisite qualification and experience required for the said post. He was also having four years experience till 11.04.2012. The petitioner was called for interview but he was not allowed to attend the same and his claim was rejected on the ground that he was not having teaching experience of four years as on 11.04.2012. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that total experience of the petitioner has not been considered whereas he was having experience of four years upto 11.04.2012. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that one candidate, namely, Ram Kumar, who NEETU RANI 2015.04.23 16:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
CWP No.7323 of 2015 is having less experience than the petitioner has been selected. The petitioner sent a legal notice on 08.01.2015 but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, directions are issued to respondents to consider and decide the legal notice dated 08.01.2015 (Annexure P-12) in accordance with law.
Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the legal notice dated 08.01.2015 (Annexure P-12) and pass speaking order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Disposed of accordingly.
